What people say?

I was surprised how heavy this book is. Over 700 pages of quality information, with over 1000 images of various strains, products, issues with growing, materials, etc. Well written, full of suggestions, links to helpful info online. It is the only book you'll need to start growing (indoors or outdoors). It even touches base on breeding and producing seeds (better left for the pros). For a newbie like me, it is a library of knowledge.
Since I knew nothing about this prior to reading this book it has been a good resource. It's easy to read and understand. It does seem to focus a bit more on commercial size (or large) grows at various times, and I assume that if you are growing commercially you wouldnt need a book like this. It has lots of good pictures as well. My main complaint is the pest identification/management section. It is very lacking in information and pictures. It describes lots of issues that the plants can have, but has few pictures of what the leaf damage/pest is that causes it. I know that lots of people have gone to growing indoors, but a lot of people still grow outdoors or even both indoor and outdoor, so this section could use a lot more guidance since this book lists itself as the "grow Bible".
