- 3 g Decarbed cannabis flower of your choice
- 2/3 cup Course sea salt You can always grind to a finer grain after the infused salt cools
- 1/4 cup Grain alcohol
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. No more than 220 degrees to protect the cannabinoids and terpenes. We are not decarb, just evaporate the liquid.
Add the decarbed cannabis and alcohol to a mason jar. Let sit for at least one hour (prefer three hours) in the freezer.
Strain cannabis mixture into a mason jar.
Add the sea salt into the mason jar with the liquid and shake for three to five minutes.
Spread the sea salt and alcohol onto a lined baking sheet. Cook for 15 minutes.
Mix the salt after 15 minutes and cook an additional 15 minutes. Or until the liquid has evaporated and salt is dry.
Place salt mixture in you favorite storage. We love bamboo salt holders or a small mason jar.
Depending on your cannabis, this recipe should yield between 2.5 and 8mg per teaspoon of salt. Perfect for microdosing.
Important: you are working with alcohol, be careful when heating. Leave out over night and you can leave the oven open for extra safety.
